How can I determine the shipping rate and delivery time for my order?

All orders are shipped with care using FedEx for U.S. and international destinations. To view the shipping rate for your order, use the shipping calculator during checkout. Rates are based on weight, location, and selected shipping method. When an order is placed, we will process the necessary paperwork and contact the customer with the cost and time required for shipment.

All in stock orders placed before 1:00pm Eastern will ship within 2 business days of order receipt and payment verification. Standard delivery method is FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified on your order. Expedited freight services are available on request. Please allow 3-7 days for standard delivery within the U.S. FOB St. Paul, MN.

On demand items will ship within 3-7 days from the date the order is placed.

For quantities larger than 5 of an item, customer service will email you with details on production time and inventory availability.

What are the details for online coupon code promotions?

Special promotions may occur using coupon codes and gift certificates at checkout. Please use the specified boxes for gift cards and coupon codes. The company store reserves the right to cancel these promotions at any time. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Can I check the status of my order online?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a link for you to check your order status online.

If I am using a gift card do I still need to enter my credit card information?

The system will ask for a credit card but will not process any amount unless there is money still owed. It will also prompt at the end of the check-out process the amount to be charged on the card.

How do I use a cost center for billing?

You will need to request Log-in on the Strictly Business tab. Customer Service will respond granting you Log-in access. Please log-in each time and at checkout you will have an option to use a cost center for payment processing.

If I see an item I like but it is not showing as an option for another brand I want, can I still request it with a different logo?

Yes, but there are minimums on some of the hard good items (i.e. notebook or tumbler). For apparel, you can request one of an item on most items. Please email theshop@verizonmedia.com with your specific request and include the item, logo, quantity and in-hands date.

Can I make suggestions for a particular style item?

The store is always open to suggestions and if we can source and it is suitable for the brands we will certainly consider adding to the assortment whether online or in the stores. Email theshop@verizonmedia.com.

Can I use a Yahoo gift card on The Shop site?

This feature will be available soon, estimated time is August 1st.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase.

On the packing slip received with your order, please write the reason for return. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with the item. Return to the address in the upper left corner of the packing slip. Please indicate if you prefer to receive a credit, refund or prefer to exchange the item.

Damaged items

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at theshop@verizonmedia.com or call Customer Service at 1-877-760-6444. A representative will instruct you about returning the item.

If the original purchase was paid by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, the order will be credited to that card account upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow two billing statements for the credit to appear.

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable. They are a final sale.

Gift cards


Gift cards are available for purchase at the physical store and online. When purchasing a gift card online, you will receive an email with the purchased codes within 24 hours of purchase. The e-gift cards can be redeemed online and at the Sunnyvale store. You do not have to spend the entire amount at one time. If it is for a gift you can forward the email with the appropriate gift code.

Physical cards can be redeemed at the Sunnyvale store and online using the code on the card.
